Stevie’s story

03.23

Just because he wanted to, Stevie wrote a story at home for the blog!

The Train Robbery

Once upon a time there lived a cowboy who went for a walk. He saw a bunch of Red Indians who were stealing a train, so he jumped on his horse. He was getting nearer and nearer to the train. The cowboy shot the window with his gun. He jumped onto the train and climbed through the window. He said

“I need to fight all of the train robbers on the train.”

He couldn’t open the doors because they were locked, so he kicked the doors down. He checked all the rooms and found some Red Indians stealing some of the people, so he punched them. When he tried to change carriage one of the robbers punched him, so he was on the floor. He jumped on his horse and caught up with the train again. He shot the window and dived through it.

Dear Fabian Delph,

I am writing to you because in Literacy we have been writing letters. My teacher told us to choose a famous person to write to and I chose you!

I chose you for two reasons because I am your biggest fan and I would also like a signed photograph of you! I will always remember your fantastic goal against other teams like Chelsea.

I am 7 years old coming up to 8. I have a baby sister called Angel and 2 brothers called Tayte and Pacey and another sister called Pacha. I sometimes play football with my brother, but we get told off for playing it in the garden.

I really hate Birmingham City, they are rubbish! My Grandad supports West Ham. Why did you join Villa? Is Paul Lambert a good manager? Did you choose to be a midfielder?  How did you become famous?

Please could I have a signed photograph to keep forever?

I hope you write back soon.

Yours sincerely,

Keylan

I chose you because you are my favourite person and you are all funny on Top Gear. My favourite episode is the Burma Special, I loved it!

My name is Lola and I am 8. I have blond hair and blue eyes. I live in Chelmsley Wood. My twin sister Grace likes you as well.

I would like to ask you some questions please:

  • How many cars have      you driven?
  • What is your      favourite car? Mine is a campervan and a VW

Please could you send me a signed photograph?

I have chosen you because I love reading your funny books. My favourite book that you have written is Gangster Granny. I also like the film of it as it’s very funny.

My name is Amy and I have blue eyes and brown hair. I have a little sister and she looks exactly like me. I used to have a hamster, but sadly he died. My favourite food is spaghetti “Yum yum!”

What is your favourite book that you have written? What is your favourite film? Do you like reading? What was your favourite book when you were little?

Dear Dani Harmer,

I am writing to you because in Literacy we have been writing letters. We could write to any famous person and out of all the people I like I chose you!

The reason I am writing to you is because I love all the Tracey Beaker series. In addition, I want to be an actress when I am older, so I look up to you. A particular episode of Tracey Beaker that I liked was when Tracey and Justine Littlewood had the dare game and you won!

I am 8 years old. My birthday is on 1st September, so I’m the oldest in the class! I don’t have any brothers or sisters; however I do have two cats called Twix and Skittles.

If you don’t mind I would like to know a bit about you. What was your reaction when you found out you had the part of Tracey Beaker? Had you ever danced before you were on Strictly Come Dancing? When you were little who did you look up to? I look up to you!

Please may I have a signed photograph?

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Roger Federer,

I am writing to you because in Literacy we have been writing letters. My teacher told us to choose a famous person to write to and I chose you! I chose you especially out of everyone in the world!

I chose you because you inspired me to play tennis. I wish you could still be in first place. You did really well in Wimbledon.

I am 8 years old and have blue eyes and blond hair. I live on a farm and have got lots of pets. I like sports cars especially Ferraris and Lamborghinis. My favourite cartoon is Looney Tunes.

Do you have a sports car? What type is it? Have you ever worn Adidas? How many children have you got? Do you like Andy Murray? What’s your hobby? Have you got any pets?

Please can I have a signed photograph? I hope you can reply to my letter. Thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely,

Oliver Lewis
